Academic Staff Mobility in FSHJM
As part of the Erasmus+ program and the partnership with “Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development,” Professor Nol Krasniqi is currently in Germany for a two-week mobility program within the module “Designing Future Economies.” In this module, he is working alongside professors from this university and other global universities from Cuba, Vietnam, Ecuador, and Ukraine to mentor students from these countries in the intercontinental module. The module aims to create various economic concepts for sustainable economic development without harming our environmental resources on planet Earth.
This module is based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted by the United Nations (UN) in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030. The SDGs are unique in that they call for action from all countries to promote prosperity while protecting the planet. The 17 SDGs are integrated—they recognize that action in one area will affect outcomes in others and that development must balance social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
