Training and tasting of French Wines!
Today, French wine experts presented and trained at the Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences on behalf of the project ‘University Training: Vine & Wine France-Kosovo.
The first presentation was led by Coltilde MARTIN, with various topics such as the summer sector, worldwide tendencies (wine production and consumption), and PDO, PGI. The second presentation focused on managing organic and agroecological wineries. Lastly, Léonore BALLUE organized a French wine-tasting session for the master’s students.
We are grateful for the collaboration of our French partners, professors from the Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences (FLES), and our dedicated students. We also extend our appreciation to the successful entrepreneurs and managers of local wine companies who have supported us, namely Mr Fatmir Shehu and Bejtullah Shehu from Kosova Wine, Labinot Shulina from LabiWine, Mr Nebi Duraj and Artan Oruçi from Stone Castle Winery, Mr Butrint Batusha from Kodrat Çabrat Winery. The wine products of these companies can be found in the French market, as well as other locations across European and worldwide.
