The Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences at “Ukshin Hoti” University of Prizren successfully participated in the AGROKOS 2024 fair, held on October 16, 2024. This fair provided numerous opportunities to connect theory with practice, foster innovation, and promote new collaborations between students and industry.

Our faculty was proudly represented by our dedicated professors and students:

• Prof. Isuf Lushi, together with ten students leaded by Beslinda Himaj, presented our study programs and the career opportunities they offer in the fields of agribusiness and environmental sciences.
• Prof. Sadik Maloku participated as a panelist in the discussion on the topic “The Role of Agribusiness Fairs in Professional Development and Student Careers: Creating Future Industry Leaders.”

During the discussion, important issues were addressed, such as the connection between education and the labor market, fostering innovation through research and new technologies in agriculture, and the challenges facing the agribusiness job market.

Participation in AGROKOS was an excellent opportunity to promote the work of our faculty and to build new bridges of cooperation with the private and public sectors. We thank everyone who contributed and supported us during this fair.
