Within the Project “MENTORING FOR CLIMATE CHANGE” FOR STUDENTS OF “UKSHIN” UNIVERSITY HOTI” IN PRIZREN”, today on 12.10.2023, the next study visit activity was carried out in The particularly important hunting ground in Blinaja. There I was met by the Director of Management Wild Animals, Hunting, Cultivation and Ecotourism Mr. Xhavit Statovci, Students were present who are already an active part of this project as well as other students of UUHP, Professors from the Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences: Faruk Bojaxhi, Ylli Kortoci, and Ekrem Gjokaj, representatives of UNDP, Mrs. Xheva Berisha Rexhepi, Elza Zhaveli and Merita Koqi. As well local media TV Prizreni were also present in this study visit, which carried out a story within the awareness component foreseen by the project.

During this activity, the participants gained knowledge about the management of Protected Areas specifically hunting grounds, they are familiar with the main types of wild animals that are present in Blinaja, their number, health condition and other jokes related to this sector
